How to play
- Start typing a falling word: its first letter locks onto it.
- Finish the word to destroy it. A wrong letter does not count.
- A word that reaches the ground costs a life. You have three.
- Every ten words, the level goes up and the words fall faster.
Scoring
Each word you destroy is worth its number of letters multiplied by the level: at level 3, a six-letter word earns 18 points. Long words at high levels bring the biggest scores. Your best score is kept in your browser, for each language.
Which words fall?
The words come from the 300 most common words of the language, from two to ten letters long: the words you type every day. As the levels go up, they fall faster and appear more often.
Tips
- Deal with the lowest word first: it is the one about to cost you a life.
- Read the whole word before you start it, so you never hesitate halfway.
- Keep your eyes on the screen, not on your hands: that is exactly what the game trains.
